Centennial was developed at Washington State University from a mix of Brewer’s Gold, Fuggle, East Kent Golding and Bavarian hops, producing a dual purpose product which is very popular in the US brewing industry, particularly in pale ales and IPAs.
Centennial is popular for its balance of bitterness and aroma.
This hop plant has good disease resistance.
Centennial will grow to approx. 15-20 feet once mature.
