If you decide to cancel your order, please email quoting your contact details and order number as soon as possibleIf we have despatched your order, under the EU Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (beginning the day after receipt of goods) to cancel and return your order.The right to cancel an order does not apply to fresh items or to dried hop garlands that have been taken out of the boxIf your order arrives, you are at liberty to refuse delivery, however you will be responsible for the delivery cost and any return charge.

Bespoke items, such as wedding flowers and designs made to order require a deposit which is non refundable should you cancel your order. Once delivered, these items are NON RETURNABLE & NON REFUNDABLE

All returns must be returned within 21 daysEssentially Hops can arrange collection of your order for a cost from mainland UK addresses. If you would like us to arrange for your order to come back, please let us know.The customer has a duty of care to take reasonable care of the goods. PLEASE NOTE Dried hops must not be removed from the box. It is impossible to repack dried hop them without causing damage, whether they have been used or not. NO REFUNDS will be given for dried hop garlands that have been taken out of their box
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
Damaged goods should be reported immediately following delivery, within 5 working days of receipt. Customers are advised to sign for parcels “damaged” if the packaging appears to be crushed or broken. Please email photograph’s and details of the fault/damage. Essentially Hops will be in touch to discuss the return, collection or disposal of the goods and an appropriate course of action agreed. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and a replacement item will be sent.
Complaints must be made within 14 days in writing, either by post to Essentially Hops, Chalkpit Farm, Bekesbourne, Canterbury, Kent CT4 5EU or by email. This will not affect your statutory rights.
