When you are at the checkout and on the "Shipping & Tax" section, you will see a drop down list where you can choose your delivery service. Almost ALL of our products must be sent by STANDARD Delivery, the first default option available. If you wish for a speedier service, please choose the UPGRADED Delivery option. If your purchase is a hop plant, please choose HOP PLANT delivery.
If you choose the wrong delivery service in order to save money on postage, you will be contacted by email to pay any extra and your order will be delayed.
The options under "Class of Service" may differ from the list below; our website will only show you options that apply to your location.
- Standard Delivery (Yodel or Parcel Force) - 2 to 5 working days
- Upgraded Delivery (Parcel Force) - 1 to 3 working days
- Hop Plant Delivery (Royal Mail) - 3 to 7 working days
- Local Delivery (Our Mini Van) - Specified by the customer, please ring 01227 830666
- Click & Collect - please order online and use the message option to request a collection date. You may be charged delivery, but we will refund this delivery charge following collection.

Standard Delivery and Upgraded Delivery offers you the ability to Track and Trace your order. SMS notifications are available if you provide your mobile number.
