For centuries, hops have been widely used as a natural herbal remedy to help aid sleep. It is considered to be an effective aid for insomnia and although I am afraid we cannot guarentee it will work, it is widely documented as being able to help. Click here for more information

Decorated Hop Garlands
Phil Spencer of Location, Location, Location decorated a hop garland with dried flowers, fruits and roses for Christmas. The hops are best hung fresh and left to dry in situ at harvest (the end of August) then you can add extra decoration for parties and special occasions at any point during the year.
