Ordering
The most efficient way to place your order is via our web site. It is totally secure and all data is encrypted. We do not automatically deduct money from your credit card as we always like to check availability and quality first. We normally send a personal email to you in addition to the automated order response, just to check you are happy with what you have ordered.

If you prefer to handwrite your order, please use our online shop to source the products, print off an order form and send the completed form to us at Essentially Hops, Chalkpit Farm, Bekesbourne, Canterbury, Kent CT4 5EU. Tel 01227 830666

If you wish to pay by cheque, please telephone 01227 830666 or email us to confirm availability and price BEFORE sending payment.

Delivery
Mail order customers receive their order through an efficient courier service, usually between 3-7 workings days. We will always email you if there is any queries or delays.

If your order is urgent, please ring 01227 830666 and speak to one of our staff - We cannot guarentee email/telephone messages are always responded to as quickly as they might.

Delivery to England,Wales and Isle of Wight is £10.00 but if you order £100 worth of goods, delivery is FREE.

Delivery to Scotland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Northern Ireland is £15.00 but if you order £150 worth of goods, delivery is FREE.

We can and do deliver around the world, however we have to quote a price as it depends on what you order and where it is going. Please email info@essentiallyhops.co.uk for information about delivering to other countries.
