If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us by email within 24 hours of placing your order.
If your order arrives, you are at liberty to refuse delivery, however you will be liable to pay the delivery charge.
We have NO FREE RETURNS policy. If you take receipt of your order and decide you wish to return it, the cost of the return postage is not refundable. If you would like us to arrange for your order to come back, please ask. We can arrange collection of your order for a cost of £10 from mainland UK addresses.
Refunds are given on receipt of undamaged goods to essentiallyhops.
PLEASE NOTE Dried hops must not be removed from the box, it is impossible to repack dried hop them without causing damage and no refund will be issued on dried hops that have been taken out of the box.
Returns/refunds are not accepted on fresh items.
Returns/refunds must be within 14 days.
This will not affect your statutory rights.
