Honesty is a plant best known for its seed cases rather than its flowers. Each case is flat, translucent, round and papery. With successful pollination, every flower will make a separate moon and there are several orbiting each stem. Before the days of sophisticated dried flowers there were two choices: statice, or honesty. Honesty was particularly popular at Christmas and New Year and, after it had been arranged, would often stay in its vase for months.
Each of the three 100cm stems has mulitiple branches ideal for adding to dried flower arrangements and as stand alone decoraton.
