If you decide to cancel your order, please email quoting your contact details and order number as soon as possibleIf we have despatched your order, under the EU Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (beginning the day after receipt of goods) to cancel and return your order. The right to cancel an order does not apply to fresh items or to dried hop garlands that have been taken out of the box If your order arrives, you are at liberty to refuse delivery, however you will be responsible for the delivery cost and any return charge.

Bespoke items, such as wedding flowers and designs made to order require a deposit which is non refundable should you cancel your order. Once delivered, these items are NON RETURNABLE & NON REFUNDABLE
Damaged goods should be reported immediately following delivery, within 5 working days of receipt. Customers are advised to sign for parcels "damaged" if the packaging appears to be crushed or broken. Please email photograph's and details of the fault/damage. Essentially Hops will be in touch to discuss the return, collection or disposal of the goods and an appropriate course of action agreed. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and a replacement item will be sent.
